11/22/63: A Novel

11/22/63 - Stephen King

Parts I loved, some clues but no spoilers:

We saw Derry! Beep Beep, Ritchie!

Stephen King gave us a love story... and it totally swept me away!

The idea of the Yellow Card Man and what he represented.

Parts I struggled with:

Again, there were parts that I found boring. There were pages of politics that I believe that most history buffs would probably love, but for me I wanted more of the magic, love, and the action.

The end! Broken hearted, I am!

Overall:

Good book by Stephen King. Still doesn't touch It, but it had major potential. Again, he gave us a love story inside this book and it was beautiful and touched me. As that reader who prefers a love story in everything she reads, that was a bonus. Oh if only...

"I'd like him even better-and like him for you better-if I knew what his real name was, and what he's up to."
"Don't ask, don't tell," Sadie said as she went to the door.
"What's
that supposed to mean?"
"That I love him. That he saved my life. That all I have to give him in return is my trust, and I intend to give it."
