Hunting Ground (Alpha and Omega Series #2)
While I love that Anna and Charles are just together and we get to bypass all the angsty 'will they/won't they' crap, and I thought the plot in this one was so much better than the first, there's just something missing from the Alpha & Omega books that Mercy has... it can't be Bran, because he's in both... perhaps it's Stefan and Mercy herself? I find that I'm just not as interested in Anna and Charles as I am with Mercy. She's just so fiesty, that Volkswagen mechanic named Mercedes...
But, like I said, I do appreciate the fact that Anna and Charles are already mated. I also enjoy the back and forth POV's between Charles and Anna. It's nice to see in both of their heads occasionally. I also thought that the plot was very clever with the King Arthur talk and legend.
Good, better than the first A&O, just not as good as the original series.
